Sand Springs Primary Eyecare, now part of MyEyeDr.

No offense..... not trying to be mean or anything but my prescription was terrible here. The return policy is absolutely horrendous. And I think anywhere else would be better than here. You can't even return anything here because they don't keep a manager on site. Save yourself some grief go somewhere else. I rely on my glasses to function and it's absolutely necessary that my prescription is accurate. Nice people but don't agree with the way this business is ran. I told her my vision was still blurry after my exam and she ignored me.

Amazing group! They listen to your needs and set me up at 1/2 the price of my last pair of glasses, with the same add ons! Very impressed and happy with them!

I have to say I am very disappointed in this location. I have used eyemart several times over several years (normally 71st and Sheridan in Tulsa). I have never had a negative experience. I was / am in need of a pair of glasses (stating something that is probably obvious) the Sand Springs location was my nearest option. I arrived and the location was moderately busy (each associate had a customer) I stood inside for a moment moved toward the counter where I waited a few moments. When I was not greeted or asked to check in (understanding the associates were busy) I moved to the appropriate section and began looking for a suitable frame. After several minutes already finding two frames meeting my needs two new customers entered the store and were greeted as well were asked for information by the same associates (still with customers) for information to check them in and secure a place in line. I had still not been greeted or asked if I needed assistance or to check-in. I am not one to write reviews positive or negative, but this type of situation blatantly disrespectful / poor customer service I am by no means invisible. I moved to the door and left the facility looking back as I began to exit associates still making no attempts to address me in anyway. This type of experience definitely makes me question if I will return to any eyemart location in the future.

Dr. Presley is the best. He gets my prescription right on spot I don't have to adjust to them . He's the only one I will ever go to. Eyemart Express in those women in their wonderful they're very helpful and they get their job done and they're pretty quick

Had a great visit! Really like the staff and the Dr was very thorough and took the time to talk to my 15 year old son about the pros and cons of Optometry. I was very appreciative of his demeanor and personality. Made the whole visit worth it!

I have been going there for year's, and until like 2020 the quality of their frame's has dropped rapidly, if you want a pair of glasses that'll last you over a week find a different eyecare cause every pair I've gotten from them since 2020 has crumbled on me one time while drawing they just fall off my face and the lense wouldn't even fit back into the frame for me to glue it back and another example I was taking my glasses off to go to sleep and they folded in half, do not waste your time with them the people that work here are fine their friendly and kind but the company themselves are cheap and they've given up on customer care, if I could give a 0 star review I would and it'd wouldn't be for a simple bad experience it's bad after bad with them

I'm not sure how to rate this. I feel Dr Thirion is a genius. He and his staff are very kind and friendly and good to work with. Here comes the problem, I bought a pair of glasses 15 months ago. I got the best transition progressive etc. my warranty was only good for 12 months. I feel like a pair of expensive glasses should last longer than 15 months. The charge was going to be $400 to replace the lens. The doctor said he did not know how I treated my glasses but I am retired that plays golf that's it. I know the glasses were never mistreated they put on in the morning take off at night. I drove a few blocks away to eyemart Express got the very same quality of glasses for $192. I will still go to the doctor I really like him but the glasses you need to shop around for. Lesson learned is trying to help save you some money.

Doctor is only in Tuesdays and Fridays. Website says they are open Monday through Friday. So that's confusing. Being available only 2 days a week is pretty inconvenient. Been going here for 16 years. Sad, I will have to make a switch. Sure do miss Dr manahan.
