My husband and I both had appointments with Dr. Watters. We were both very pleased with our visit. The ladies in the office were all very friendly. Highly recommend!

Read reviews first...booked an appt for both myself and my husband...great staff great customer service. My husband told dr about an eye issue he asked nurse to take him to get pics done. All friendly!! Even though I started to have my darn hot flashes and my appt took longer due to me fogging up the machine but dr was kind and understanding! even me and my husband was cracking up but he kept reassuring me to take my time!!! I will most definitely come back

Dr. Watters was thorough, patient, and compassionate. He listened carefully to my questions--asked several times if I had more questions, and answered my questions fully and respectfully. I sensed no ego, only kindness and concern for my welfare. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured.

My husband and I had an appointment but there was a miscommunication between my husband and I about the appt. We had it the same day. I thought he had called to cancel his and he thought I did Anyways I get to the appointment and they ask if he was coming and I'm like no, sorry. Well the blond nurse was mad started talking loud about how they need to call and get someone in to fill it, she just was mad. I understand and it was a miscommunication. As we begin my appt she took me back did not talk to me, tell me what I need to do during the test, nothing. Made me very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The dr was great, I really enjoyed him, then it came for me to get my glasses. Yep , she was to HELP me pick out a pair. She was very rude, uncaring and not helpful at all. Made me fell like hurry up and leave. I just grabbed a pair and when she wrote up my order she didn't explain anything to me. What my charges were, nothing. I will probably never wear the glasses. And deff. going to haft to find another dr. :( .

I went and picked out a pair of sunglasses last week. The evening of the day I picked them out I noticed I got a white cleaning bag after I specifically asked (nicely) for a black cleaning bag (can't keep the white one clean; had one with my last pair of sunglasses). Went back the following day and tried to change out bags. Was told the glasses come prepackaged with the bag and they would not make a simple change for me. I have not worn the glasses and may end up selling them or throwing them away.

During my exam the Dr never noticed I had a blood clot in my eye. The glasses he made for me made me feel cross eyed when I read with them. He cheated me out of $100 that he says my insurance didn't pay correctly. Poor service, not a good exam, the glasses are not properly fitted and he cheated me out of money. I would never use this Dr again.

I've been going to Dr. Watters since I was a child, his staff is excellent and super attentive, very kind and patient. Sometimes when they have extra donuts from breakfast they let me have one 10/10 I would totally recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist
