Excellent Customer service! I interacted with three different people while getting my annual eye exam and picking up classes. All three were upbeat, friendly And very helpful. In a day and time when customer service is not so good you guys are Rocking it! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I had had a very bad experience with an optometrist in Seminole. It kept me from going to get an eye exam for two years. Shawnee Vision Source was recommended to me by my mom and a few co-workers, so I set up an appointment. I have never made such a great decision! Dr. Kliewer was thorough and listened to any questions I had. If you need a new place for your eye appointment, call them now!!! The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Love the office as well! Great experience!

Awesome doctor and staff! Everything was quick, efficient, and very well organized. My only bit of constructive feedback would be that I'd love a little more transparency from the assistants about the tests as they're being done prior to seeing the doctor. The young lady who performed my testing was wonderful and everything felt like a well-oiled machine. I just think it would be even better if they briefly explained what each test was for, like "this is checking for X." Overall, though, a great experience!

Everyone was so nice and sweet and professional ! It was so pleasant starting with front desk staff and then the girl that took me for the preliminary work up to the doctor whom actually introduced herself and finally to the vision wear specialist. I have told everyone that I know about such a pleasant experience and highly recommended it!

From the friendly faces at the front desk to the exam rooms, my experience is always positive here. I also love the convenience of being able to schedule via text. I was able to get my whole family of 5 in on one day with no problem and they had us in and out in no time. Best of all, there was no push to buy unnecessary products . We are return customers and will continue to be. Being friendly goes a longways. Great job!

I am a person of color and I am treated as family when I come to my appointments at VisionSource on 45th St. Me and my daughter get the best service and honesty remarks from Dr. Conklin. In previous years, no other eye doctor caught an important abnormality found in my eye except for Dr. Conklin. He truly takes his work seriously and is quite thorough. I feel he has my best interests and I am in good hands with his expertise. My daughter started seeing Dr. Conklin as a tween and is now almost a high school graduate. His eye care service for her has been on point and their healthcare relationship has been one of trust and educational. He does make everything understandable to both me in my 40's and to her in her teens.

Dr Conklin did a great job and took the time to help me and understand my issues. In the past they had some unfriendly help but this experience was a great experience and super helpful. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't just trying to sell overpriced stuff

It was my first time there. Everything was great! They were very efficient. I no more sat down in the waiting room, they called me back. I can't wait for my new glasses! I highly recommend going there!
