I've been going to stillwater vision clinic for almost 7 years now and have always enjoyed my visits. My appointments always went smoothly and professionally. That being said in recent years I've switched insurance and that made several issues apparent. One year they had issue finding my insurance and insisted I pay out of pocket I did so to keep the appointment running smoothly. The next year I made an appointment and was notified that I didn't have insurance. I verified through multiple sources that I did I fact have vision insured. Stillwater vision clinic insisted that I would have to pay out of pocket. I've cut ties with them since and have had a much easier stress free time with my insurance at other eye doctors
