Dr. Henderson is quite knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He took the time to explain the details of my eye health, and recommended actions. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and skilled at their tasks. The entire appt went smoothly and efficiently. The facility is spacious and well organized, and is spotlessly clean. Overall, a pleasant experience. I highly recommend these folks.

The office staff was friendly & easy to communicate with! Dr. Henderson was excellent in his demeanor, knowledgeable and explained the results of my exam! When we discussed how we could make adjustments to my prescription for contacts he was very thoughtful in how my needs could be met. Thank you for such wonderful care during my appointment!! I would give more than 5 stars to this office!

This review is for my husband's experience as well as mine. His appointment itself went fine with the doctor. Nothing out of the ordinary. Yet each of us had the same experience with the front desk. I'm horrible with names so I don't know who he spoke with or who I even spoke with but for each of us when we called and asked a question about accessing his prescription, it was like pulling teeth to get the answer. She was rude, she seemed very put out that she even had to answer any questions. When they did finally offer answers, it was one word or silence, and then a sigh, and then "like, I don't know I guess so" as an answer. The question was whether or not they could email it or we could pick it up in person. Basic. Just really unprofessional and unfriendly. I tend to be very outgoing and friendly with people and extend grace but after my husband said he experienced it and then when I called and I had the same experience, doesn't make me want to work with staff like that. Again the doctor was fine. It was all about the front desk. So if that kind of thing doesn't bother you - this is your place. Legacy, you'll run people away if you regularly treat them like this. Life is too short to be so sour, especially when you're trying to run a business.

Very personable and thorough Doctor. The tech and check-in ladies were very kind and welcoming as well. The only part of my visit that was a little uncomfortable was checking out. I had a few questions and the check-out girl was rude and made me feel like I was a bother for asking my question. Thankfully the other girl up front could sense the discomfort and kindly answered my question. But other than that little hiccup, the place was great and would definitely recommend

Dr. Henderson is one of the most caring doctors EVER. My young son had an eye infection and Dr. Henderson and his staff were able to squeeze him and see him quickly. He was patient with my son (who had never been to eye doctor) and was able to get him to open his eye to diagnose. He then checked in over the weekend to make sure the infection was clearing up. Incredible service and care. We will be lifelong patients of Dr. Henderson.

My daughter and I went here for the first time for an eye exam and the Dr was very informative each step of the way and answered all of our questions. He was friendly and not greedy like others we've been to. The office staff was friendly as well. I would recommend going here!

Great service. The doctor was very informative. He offered solutions for my dry eye. Hopefully I will like my tri-focal glasses when they arrive. The lady who helped me choose glasses was friendly and offered good advice on how to select glasses. I would recommend them.

Dr Henderson got me in at the last minute for an appointment. I had a great first experience and the staff was very friendly and professional. I will use Dr Henderson for all my eye care needs
