I will not be going back to this location. I usually go to the location off NW Expressway but wanted to order my glasses from the Yukon location since it was closer to my home. The guy in the store told me they couldn't use my insurance for the frames I wanted and that I would need to pay out of pocket. I told him the NW Expressway location was able to use my insurance but I decided to use the Yukon location instead. He said their policy wouldn't allow me to and I'd have to pay out of pocket for the frames and lenses. Needless to say I went back to the NW Expressway store and ordered my glasses using my insurance. I don't know what his problem was but he will not make his commission from me. I will continue to use the NW Expressway location although it's out of the way. Sometimes you have to travel for good service and fair prices.
Even if you look at the owner's response to negative reviews you get a sense of their level of professionalism and appreciation towards their customers.

Tina was absolutely the best, helping my 96-year-old mother and me to choose frames for our new glasses prescriptions. She was knowledgeable, listened well, made excellent suggestions, and went above and beyond to be sure we got the best deal and that we were happy with the frames we chose. She's an exceptional employee!

Tina is fantastic!! She helped me shape my glasses that I got elsewhere for $5 a week or two ago and she was so detailed getting the glasses to where they were a perfect fit! I had already had it done once somewhere else and it didn't feel right. Super pleasant and super helpful, thanks Tina!

The doctor got my prescription wrong the first visit and when my glasses finally arrived everything was blurry etc.
I had to see the doctor again.. And they also informed me that in order to get the new lenses put in it would count against My one time lense replacement.
It's not that the staff is rude or anything in the store they are nice.
but that's just wrong.
Wasn't my fault that I was given a wrong prescription so why should I have to lose my replacement lenses because of someone else's mistake

The doctor was honestly rude and didn't put much effort into looking at my prescription and addresses everyone there as "staff" when he calls them. They told me they were short staffed that day so I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but my best friend also had the same experience. The ladies there are so kind and patient but I'm not a fan of the eye doctor. I feel like my eyes had worsened over the years and he took a couple tries then stuck me with the same prescription I've had. (Which he's the doctor, he would know better than I would.) but he did the same with my friend with minimal effort and her using the same prescription from middle school. I probably won't be returning...
Also (not their fault) but frames are expensive as heck there.

This place they do not honor warranties like they say will. I took my glasses there because the lenses coating was peeling. It should been covered under the warranty, as it was a product defect. The Manager lady there would not. She said I would have to pay for new lenses. It was disappointing hear after hundreds of dollars are spend for the glasses. I would not recommend this place.
