Exceptional service. Quick, thorough discussion of options available now and later. Many new innovations in optometry over the years. It was great to hear everything available and what I'll most likely need to do as time goes on. It was assuring to learn.

When we moved from out of State 4 years ago we had to find all new Drs. my family and I have seen Dr. Branch for 4 years. The office is so clean, inviting and welcoming. Dr. Branch is very nice, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain everything to you. I've worn glasses most of my life however they never really seemed right. When I went back to pick up my new glasses which was also my first attempt at trying progressive lenses, I put them on and was so happy that I could see so much clearer and everything was perfect! Thank you Dr. Branch! Cindy whom you'll probably be greeted by is always smiling and is just the sweetest! She too is very knowledgeable and is so helpful when it comes to helping you select the right frames. She manages the office, helps with your insurance and your account, as well as helps with fittings when needed. Cindy is so kind and warm hearted and has more patience than anyone I know. She's never made me or my Husband ever feel rushed because the office may have been busy, We appreciate you! Cindy you and Dr. Branch are the Best! Kylie Dr. Branch's Assistant is newer to me however, she also seemed very knowledgeable and sweet as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Total Optical and Dr. Branch to anyone who is looking for a great office!

Dr. Branch was very friendly and welcoming, as was the whole total optical team. They walked me through the exam with great skill and patience. And when it came to selecting glasses, they were understanding of insurance allowances and budgetary constraints.

Dr Branch is SO patient with my trials of contacts. I am now using multifocal contact and bifocals when I am wearing my glasses. The Doctor and the staff are super kind and patient!!! I truly feel heard and helped!
