My family has been seeing dr Cavaliere for years now and he is knowledgeable and thorough doctor. Five stars for the doc! The office however charges too much for exams, in my mind. Not to mention the store part for frames and lenses - I never buy my glasses there! They are also trying to sell eye care products and vitamins for high price. I would expect otherwise, like giving you some samples for free - that never happens. Staff is also not very caring.

Started as a patient with Dr. Nyman, worked my way through the team to now a younger doctor. She was kind, caring and answered all my questions (in-fact, all the team does when asked). I wish that OHIP covered a little more than the basic exam, that imaging really seems to show more than simply looking inside the eye with a light. Overall, a great experience, happy to recommend you.

I have been going to Burlington Eye Care for 2 months now and it has been the best experience I've had at any optometrist clinic I've been to in 25 years of dealing with my eyes. Dr. Germain is so wonderful. I came in with pretty complicated needs and he really understood me and worked with me to ensure I received the exact care I need. Alyssa is also amazing. She's very efficient and knowledgeable. She understands every issue I come in with and I feel like I'm in good hands with her!
The admin staff at Burlington Eye Care are all lovely. They're very welcoming and kind! I always feel comfortable when I go there and now I can't imagine going to any other optometrist from here on. I would highly recommend anyone who needs an optometrist to go to this one!
