Costco Vision Center

I had such a great experience at 20/10 Vision Associated. The receptionists were so friendly, helpful and warm, they were so efficient and organized and I didn't have to wait long. Dr. Stepanians was so informative and walked me through my results and answered all my questions. I was so impressed and will definitely be retuning. Thank you

I just picked up my new glasses from Costco Optical. I wanted to write a review as I had spent a lot of time researching where to buy new lenses. I would be honest and say that I did not like most of the frame selections that Costco offers. So I brought my own frames and had them put the lenses in. 10/10 quality on the progressive lenses! They are WAY better then my last progressives (which I paid $$$ for). They are thin, and the lines of sight are fantastic. They only took 5 days (three business days). Only wish is that they had better frame selections, and that they would also put lenses in sunglass frames that you bring in. Customer service was 10/10. I hope this helps!

Zero or minus stars Very bad customer service and she said she is the clinic manager .... Gave me an appointment card on the beginning with WRONG date - I came on that date she said it is next week .... Left and came back the week after she was on the phone then she said to me you and your son are late 7 minutes can't accommodate one of you - I said it is my second time to come and have time off.. she did not even care and said ok - then you both try to call and reschedule very bad place to do eye test guys do not even go there...

Zero stars! Extremely unprofessional front desk. Firstly, it's almost impossible to get hold of someone on the phone. Secondly, after days of trying to book an appointment, a lady answered the phone. She asked for my kid's health card and while I was going downstairs to get it; I started giving her some important information about the patient - to optimize our time and also she wouldn't have to wait. She simply told me the only thing she wanted was the health card and nothing else. I argued that I was simply providing some important info, but she repeated that the only thing they want is the health card. They only care about money! Totally rude, unprofessional person. I told her I'd find another place, and she laughed out loud and said "okay, good luck!" This is not the only clinic in Burlington and my family won't be going back there! Please find somewhere else to go where you will find professional, respectful human beings!

Unprofessional staff. I suspect about their license. We ordered new pair of glasses for our 11 years old daughter, after a year, when doctor checked again, the lenses were two years old number. Costco Burlington simply apologized. I strongly recommend to not blindly trust on the Costco optical.

Very unprofessional not friendly I came in for eye exam asked the dr to give me pupil distance he said no ok fine went home notice my axis was wrong went back next day explained to the secretary MANAGER not in a nice way she told me to go to eye glass at Costco for them to check and if it was wrong to go back again for the dr to double check.I went to the office was another secretary I told her the problem she checked was a typing mistake in a few seconds the problem was solved takes the same effort to be nice Professional or be nasty sorry you guys lost a few customers but I guess you couldn't care less because there are a few reviews complaining that she is rude

We arrived at 5 minutes later than the appointment time due to heavy traffic during the holidays. Finding the doctor's door was closed, and her assistant was not at the front desk, we waited outside the door. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, Dr. G.A came out and told us that she couldn't check the child's eyes due we were late for 30 minutes. What? Is our polite waiting the reason we can't be cared? I didn't urge with her as I thought time was already wasted for few weeks with them. Then the doctor agreed to reschedule for us, but the time she provided was the time of school time. That was too inconsiderable the needs of the student patient. If you guys are denying services because child eyes examination is covered by gov, please be honest directly, don't hypocrisy! I do not recommend this clinic, save your time!

Unbelievably rude staff. The lady that was calling me about my appointment didn't let me speak, was talking over me and wouldn't listen what I was telling her. This was call at 12:10 pm on Oct 31st. Due to her rudeness I cancelled appointments for my husband and myself. I really hope that managers are reading this and that they will address it with the staff. They don't deserve 1 star.
