I was so satisfied with Dr Seif because i regard him as an excellent dr who always took care of me . He was always kind and caring. I was with him for about 5 years until one of his staff members complained about my husband then i was told to find another doctor. The only thing my husband did was ask the girl who takes the eye pressure reading to please sanitze the machine properly because I am prone to contract diseases easily. As soon as she was asked to do so she literally jumped out of her seat and called her supervisor. The supervisor then took my eye pressure and informed the doctor some Wrong information and then Dr. Jamal told us not to come back.. I was very disappointed. Shortly afterwards i contracted an eye infection .

I was very impressed with Dr. Seif and his team. I visited his office in Burlington, Ontario (5-4671 Palladium way) and was pleasantly surprised. His staff, technicians and Dr. Seif himself did a wonderful job taking me in, ensuring my safety and needs were met, I felt comfortable and his staff explained each test. Dr. Seif then sat down with me explaining my results and what they meant. As I am not a doctor, I had questions and he answered them well enough for me to understand. I'm happy there are still doctors like this in Canada.

I must say, i had no idea what my visit would be like and I was a bit put off with the reception part being somewhat robotic & impersonal (the team lead could do with a refresher on how to be more compassionate) but the end result meeting with Dr. Seif was really wonderful. What a lovely doctor!!
It was exceptional really. Dr. Seif was patient, compassionate and clear!! I'm very happy I was referred to him by my optometrist. Well done!! I want to thank the staff also. It's not easy receiving so many different personalities. Thank you!!
