10/10 experience! Exceptional professionalism from Dr. Lee and her staff. very thorough exam and Dr. Lee explained every test in detail. Her kind demeanor and knowledge shines. Very clean, calm and respectful environment. I checked out frames at my own pace and the staff were very patient and helpful. I actually found 2 i liked! They even helped me bill to my insurance. Thank you for the great experience.

Great experience at this clinic. It was my first time there. The moment you walk in, you feel a good calming energy. It's the same energy that Dr. Lee radiates, so I knew I made the right choice. Dr. Lee was thorough and patient during the exam, and helped me select a new frame for the prescription. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a good Eye Doctor.

Eye exam was excellent, dr lee was wonderful and front desk staff was friendly. Very professional and genuine care. They were able to take care of my insurance and guided me through my glasses options. Also gave me a set of trial contact lenses. 100% recommend

Clean, modern office. very comfortable waiting area. receptionist was very polite and welcoming. dr lee was thorough with the exam, described each test and gave detailed explanation of the results. ive been struggling with an eye issue and she listened and addressed all my concerns then prescribed an eye drop that offered me relief right away. excellent doctor and very knowledgable!

Had my first eye exam with Dr. Lee and she is very professional and knowledgeable, one of the most thorough exams I have had! They have a great selection of frames to choose from and the staff are kind and welcoming. Overall great experience, highly recommend to try them out!

Dr Lee was my optometrist and did a full eye exam, she was very thorough and detailed. I had my glasses last changed 5yrs ago and this time i was introduced to progressive lenses. Dr lee is patient and informative and took time to guide me in the different lens choices. The office is clean and modern with advanced equipment for testing. I would highly recommend booking an appointment.

I really wish I had listened to the negative reviews as they are very accurate of this dr. Our experience here was terrible from start to finish. The doctor was late, there was no admin staff, and the whole appointment felt rushed because the next patient was already waiting. My son's entire exam was done in about 15-20 minutes. She didn't even ask us about family history beyond what I wrote on the form, which surprised me because eye issues often run in families. My son was clearly struggling with some of the smaller letters, but instead of slowing down or trying again, she rushed through and wrote a prescription. When I politely asked if she could recheck it, she asked "why?" and refused. Her manner with him was cold and not child-friendly at all. We paid a lot for an exam that felt incomplete, dismissive, and not thorough. I left feeling guilty for not pushing back and unsure whether the prescription was even accurate. We're getting a second opinion elsewhere. I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews and avoiding this clinic.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience here. As an international student, I trusted the optician to guide me properly, but I left feeling taken advantage of. I was sold an expensive men's designer frame that didn't fit my face at all, and on top of that, I was given an incorrect prescription that pushed me into paying for more costly lenses I didn't need. It felt like my actual needs were ignored in favour of aggressive upselling, and now I'm out over $900 with glasses that don't fit and a prescription that's completely wrong. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and seek an honest, reputable optician elsewhere. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope no one else has to go through the same. I came back asking for a resolution and she proceed to try to upsell me YSL designer frames..... To top it off I visited another eye doctor and they were shocked about the prescription and process Dr.Lee followed and very little care she has for her clients.
