Another great appointment at MEye Health with Dr. Varshney and her team. From the initial stages of scheduling to coming back to pick up my prescription, MEye Health provides top tier customer service. Dr. Varshney and her assistants completes numerous state of the art tests to ensure your eyes are functioning well. She discusses the images of your eyes in detail and provides opportunity for you to ask questions. If required, Dr. Varshney will develop a treatment plan that meets your needs and your comfort. Of course, this might be an additional cost, but there is no pressure to pursue the purchase of any additional products, the staff just want to ensure you have all the information to allow you to make your own informed decision. It is clear that Dr. Varshney loves her job and helping the patients. It would be remiss not to mention the care and high level of customer service the front desk staff offer. Their knowledge and expertise is fantastic. They are easy to get ahold of (phone or email) and prompt at responding messages and scheduling appointments. I had a great time with Melanie choosing new frames and I really enjoyed the process.
