Have been there many times for my whole family. Bough high end glasses. The first time something goes wrong, I found out quickly they do not stand behind their products of lenses. They were quite rude, and no help at all. The clerk could not have cared less to lose business. Very disappointed in the customer care behind the products. This was of no fault of mine. It was poor quality of their anti-reflective, and it peels. Oh, and they are also part of LensCrafters. Same company. So please use ur money and benefits elsewhere!

I went there today to get an eye exam and to look at the glasses and unfortunately the retail lady was extremely unprofessional and rude, I walked in after my eye exam to look at glasses it was 40 minutes before they closed and the lady there not only was rushing me but when I asked for help she gave me attitude and and complained about how helping me would take too long and everytime I would ask a question I got even more attitude, when we talked about pricing I asked a few questions about it and got attitude and snarky remarks and I said I'm going to go somewhere else and politely said thank you and she swiped the coupon from the desk and walked away with attitude, I understand that it was close to closing time and I work in retail so I understand it can be frustrating to have customers come in 40 minutes before close but that gives no excuse to be unprofessional and to give attitude and rush customers out the door...this was my first time being there and I will not be back. That being said the dr and the receptionist that helped me with the eye exam were very nice and attentive.

I visited the store on Tuesday evening. A woman was working at the time, and unfortunately, she seemed unwilling to assist me. Her attitude gave the impression that she was more focused on closing up for the day than helping a customer. I was ready to make a purchase, but her lack of interest and poor customer service were very disappointing. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had with a salesperson.

Stephanie was wonderful and helped us a lot from picking the right frames to getting us the best price possible for our budget. She was very patient with us when choosing the frames and even helped with suggesting the right frame styles. She explained all the different options for progressive lens and also transition options. All in all a pleasant experience coming to this Pearle Vision and I would highly recommend it anyone.

The atmosphere at Pearl Vision Burlington is very welcoming and clean. There are lots of eyeglasses to choose at fair price. The staff are helpful especially Elizabeth. She's very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure that my wife got the best deal possible and she made good recommendations regarding frames for progressive lenses.
