Can't speak highly enough about this office. Our entire family of 6 sees Dr. Corey and she has been so incredibly kind, funny, thorough, and personable to each of us. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure we understand what is going on with our vision health. The entire staff is also very helpful and professional and makes each visit seamless. We are so happy to have such great eye care here in the Orchard neighbourhood.

Dr D. Wickert took care of my full eye care exam, she was concise, patient, gave me options and best of all did not give me a sales pitch. By car their office is less than 10 minutes from home and I purposely support my community. The staff were professional and friendly which made for a satisfying experience, highly recommend.

Dr Samuel is very knowledgeable & so friendly & personable. Watching him interact with elderly patients was edifying to see how kind & gentle he was. I have recommended him to friends. He diagnosed a problem with my husbands eyes & referred him to an ophthalmologist with successful results.

Went in to see if they could fully help pop in a lens that was not seated properly or fully into a pair of Rayban frames. They carry Ray Ban- refused stating because they were not purchased there they would not do it. UPDATE: a different glasses shop not only helped with the Raybans but I have since gone back for an updated prescription and another new pair of glasses. All business Upper Appleby Eyecare missed out on. The tiniest amount of customer service makes such a big difference.

Dr. Bhandari was wonderful with my 3-year-old. However, I'm giving 4 stars because of an issue in the waiting area. There's a large toy in a glass box that kids can't touch, with controllers meant to operate it--but they don't work. The receptionist said it needs batteries, but it's unclear how long it's been that way. For a 2- or 3-year-old, a broken, unreachable toy is more frustrating than no toy at all. Even a box of old crayons and scrap paper would be better. Otherwise, a great experience!

I tried to book an appointment with my usual optometrist but found it very difficult, so I decided to call Upper Appleby Eyecare Optometrists. I spoke to a very pleasant lady who provided helpful tips and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The office had a welcoming atmosphere, and Dr. Fox-Chen guided me through the entire examination, ensuring it was done efficiently. Today's experience convinced me to switch to this location, and Dr. Fox-Chen is now my family optometrist. I'm glad the circumstances led me to call, and I'm happy to be part of such a great, caring team.
