Eliesa Ing, M.D.

I saw Dr Ing for about 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and knows the field very well. However he patient care is horrible. She never included me in the care of my eye. She didn't listen to my concerns. She rarely answered my questions. My appts were always long but the time I spent with her felt very rushed, 2 plus hours in the office less than 15 minutes with her. After one particularly frustrating appointment where some new concerns came up but she didn't answer a single question I had about them I got fed up and left. I would honestly rather drive all the way to Seattle for care than return to her because her patient care is so low.

Dr. Ing saved my sight. Came to her with a complex closed angle glaucoma emergency and a genetic disorder that caused it. I've now been with her through two surgeries, several other procedures, five years, and countless appointments. She is fast moving and overbooked like everybody else, but will happily slow down and answer all questions asked. I appreciate her clear explanations and sense of humor. Her team is very responsive on MyChart.
