Kevin was amazing! He was funny, kind, and extremely helpful. This man definitely loves his job! He handles and deals with the public, the insurance companies, and his coworkers with style and grace! Give this man a huge raise and a party! Thank you for an amazing opportunity to experience it!

Highly disappointed in their 'policy' with online appointment making. They canceled the appointment that I'd made a month ago and offered to reschedule for a month later. They said that's what happens when you schedule online. Not acceptable. Do NOT recommend this office to anyone, unless you crave inconvenience. If I could give them less than one star I would.

The Albany location claims that they are unable to provide a contact prescription over the phone or via email due to HIPAA. This is false. By requiring people to be in person or by only offering to fax a prescription to a supplier, they are actually violating patient rights. If they were actually following HIPAA guidelines, they would know that patients have a right to have their information sent to them via email or told to them over the phone AFTER verifying and confirming their information on file. While it is one thing to be cautious, it is another to hinder ones access to their prescription. Furthermore, I find it shady that contact prescriptions are not provided immediately after testing. This is also borderline illegal. I have NEVER had a provider of any sort refuse me access to my health information. This place should be investigated.

Kevin was absolutely the best with customer service and friendliness. He helped us find two pairs of glasses and explained everything with my prescription. He never tried to up sale us or steer us wrong. We will definitely be back with our business

Josie & Alena are wonderful. Always have fun positive attitudes! Alena was so fun and patient with me while I did the contact lenses class (not easy for me.) Great place and highly recommend!

Lightning fast service! The receptionists were friendly. I showed up for my appointment about 15-20 minutes early and they were able to get the pre-exam and then the exam done with hardly any wait. Kevin, the guy who took care of getting my frames and lenses set up, was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Would definitely buy from again.

My compliments to Ashley and Bri for providing outstanding customer service at Americas Best in Albany, Oregon. They were both completely knowledgeable about my orders, worked through a challenge and provided immediate resolve to expedite my order. I felt confident that they could take care of my needs and appreciated the kindness and smile shared by both. These people are nuts! Went into Albany store 3 weeks ago and was told bi-focals were priced at $48 for lens plus frame cost. Went back today and was told lens were $120-150 plus frames. I tried to explain the price i was quoted before and they were rude and stupid I left and decided to drive to Americas Best Salem store. I was quoted bi-focal lens at $30 plus the cost of frames today. My question is why these employees at the Albany store are quoting outrageously high prices and each seems to have their own price. Make sure you shop around before you buy from Albany store. Just to mention, thier web site offers TWO pair of bi-focal glasses complete with lens and $79 frames for $145. Store would not honor web prices. Go to Salem Lancaster Walmart for best prices. Got what I needed for $80 for complete set of bi-focals glasses. Will not go back to Albany store again. E.L.
