After being rerouted to the new location we were 15mins late. The staff's response was kind. We checked in and immediately were taken back to the exam room. Ashton was the contact fitter and she was amazing. Gentle, informative, and a happy demeanor. She soon put myself and my daughter at ease. Upon leaving the staff was friendly. Highly recommend

We were lucky to have Dr Drobeck again after his office in the mall closed down. He was able to squeeze both of us in the same appointment even though my husband was scheduled a hour later after mine. The continuity in care and records made our visit go smoothly. The office is very nice and clean and we would definitely come back again

The new facility is beautiful. The check-in went smoothly. I was called in before my actual appointment time. Dr Ludlow and his staff were courteous and professional. Overall a great visit.

My eye doctor had such a sweet "bedside manner". Very informative and positive demeanor. Gave a great prediction for my future eyesight. As far as insurance coverage and bill payment goes, I haven't gotten there yet so I can not review their process for those.

Dr Knecht is very kind and personal. He asks questions to best understand how to help each person in my family as we all have different preferences. The personnel at the front desk are all friendly and helpful. Everyone is willing to answer questions and will give honest answers especially when it comes to what insurance will and won't cover so that we don't have a lot of out of pocket expenses. The new building is beautiful.

I will never work with Dr Knecht again. He showed zero interest in anything I had to say, made judgey comments during the exam about why I've never been seen till now, and gave nonanswers when I asked him to explain what tests he was doing and what they were for. Being increasingly uncomfortable, I said I needed him to tell me what exactly he was going to do before doing it. At that point he said, "I'm just going to shine a blue light on your eye," and then proceeded to used the tonometer to physically push on my eyeball! I had no way of knowing what this was! I pulled my face out of the machine and told him I was not okay and he needed to take what I had said seriously. We finished the exam, and then after it was done, I was asked to sign a paper saying I knew the clinic had something called a "patient bill of rights," whatever that was! I still have no idea what's in that document. This whole experience was so completely upsetting. I felt like he just wanted to use his tools on my person without any regard for my experience or any concern for my consent. This was my first-ever adult eye exam and it made me never want to get vision care again. I went out to my car and cried.

Eye care Associates of Albany were very responsive to my need for an immediate appointment and worked to get me in quickly. The staff at reception were friendly and efficient. The assistant was thorough and informative. Dr. Lopez was thorough in his exam and answered all my questions. I arrived a bit worried, but departed their office well informed and assured that my vision care is in good hands!

Jason was our doctor at another place before his employment with ECA Albany. He's very professional at his job and very personable. He answers any and all questions or concerns that we may have. We are very pleased.
