for the love of god, go to ANY other optometrist. walmart vision center would treat you better. the receptionist is incredibly rude/condescending and I would never have booked here if I knew in advance; judging by the reviews it's not a one-time thing. the least professional behavior I've witnessed in a medical office

The receptionist at this place should choose a new career field, one that isn't customer facing. She is one of the rudest women I've ever encountered. The doctor I saw was also incredibly rude and demeaning herself. She increased my contact prescription to the point of me being unable to wear the trial lenses. When I arrived to my follow up appointment, she refused to see me because I didn't have the contacts in, even though I brought them with me to put on for my appointment. She told me to "wear the trial lenses even if they kill you." I would never recommend this place to anyone. The doctor made sure to degrade me at any point she got, at both my original appointment and the follow up. Bring in a prescription from a different office if you want to buy your glasses or lenses at Costco.

Zero people at the counter and the guy just ignored me because I didn't take a number Service sucks. If you dont like your job the quit

Receptionist is so very rude! We've gone to this location for many years, annually, and nothing ever changes unfortunately. She's so unprofessional and unpleasant it's surprising she's still there. The doctors are decent, some really good, however you still end up leaving exhausted from having to deal with the front lady. There are plenty of people needing work these days, you'd think they could find a kind and caring individual to be the face of their business.

I went in for an annual exam at the optical center. After being farsighted my whole life, he told me my prescription drastically changed for contacts and glasses. One far sighted, and one near sighted. Went to get my glasses lense changed at the optical center, got them back and it was wrong prescription. Went in for a 2nd time, wrong prescription. 3rd time, wrong prescription. 4th time went back in, I kept telling him that everything he had me try on was too magnified, blurry, or both and can't transition between contacts and glasses. Finally went to another doctor that I've been to before. He basically said he gave me the wrong prescription all 4 times and need to be treated for farsightedness. The optical center is amazing though. Each time I've had a new prescription, they sent it off to change out the lenses with no problems. I've gotten my glasses back in less than a week.

Good contacts for a great price. The doctor took his time to get the right contacts for me when the first trial contacts didn't fit. He seemed nice and professional. The receptionist came off as rude both over the phone and in person. Possibly could not see a smile because of her mask but she made me feel like I should not be there. Not a good way to present a business! I got a similar impression from those working at the optical center.

Getting fitted for contacts there was not a pleasant experience, the person teaching me how to put contacts in was nice. but the eye doctor I saw was not so great! She didn't listen to me and sent me off with something not so great seems like she does not want to be there i left there feeling not so good about the appointment, and I was right the contacts I had where not the right fit it would have been fixed he she listen to me. Pretty disappointing pay good money for this stuff. the receptionist is not the friendliest either.

I had an amazing experience! Both staff members helped me and Angelina went above and beyond. I had difficulty finding my prescription (eeek I didn't come in prepared) and she kind and patient and really helpful when I was looking at glasses (I'll admit I can be a little high maintenance and picky). She helped me find 3 pairs that I totally love! Completely recommend buying your contacts and glasses here! Great prices too!!
