I went in for my one year exam and they did not notify me that my insurance does not cover more than every two years of exams. They proceeded to over diagnose and offer me services that were not within my insurance coverage. As someone who is one state insurance this is quite frustrating. Not only did they bill me more than expected. The exam was terrible and the prescription was inaccurate for my needs. Never go here!

Until their abrupt disappearance without any warning of any kind, I had been very happy with the care I had been receiving. Now, I have no access to my patient records, after a diagnosis of glaucoma. This unprofessional handling of their closure makes me doubt their entire organization of clinics..

I walked in to Genstler today and my glasses were completely broken, barely able to wear them. With no back up pair... I was desperate for some help and a quick solution and had already went to another place who had said they couldn't do anything for me.
The optics department was extremely welcoming and VERY helpful! I was in and out with new frames in roughly 10-15 minutes. I WILL be back again and am incredibly grateful for the service! Genstler is where I will be going from now on.

Doctors I've seen here are fine but unacceptable delays in service are a problem. They are regularly short- staffed and schedule too many patients at the same time. At my last visit I was told to budget 1 hour for an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. 37 minutes later, they still hadn't taken me back for the exam. I'm disabled and rely on transportation services so I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule so I could make my return ride home. Looking into other eye clinics in the area--this place is too stressful.

These guys are great and Dr Genstler knows what he's doing I trusted him with my eye surgery and wow to my amazing i see better than I could for the last 15 years. Cataract surgery in both eyes. I would recommend you to have your eyes checked here.

If I could give no stars I would, two neighbors with very bad experience with cataract surgery. One neighbor had to have her cataract surgery done again to correct Genstlers. Today at work ANOTHER woman came in with one eye half filled with blood saying it was much better but she had double vision now after Genstler cataract surgery. WTH thats 3 in a year. Reviews are extremely important!
