The Dr. Is great. The receptionist did not try to run our insurance until after the appointment started. So what should have been an in network co-pay of $10 turned into $89. Had we known they didn't take our insurance we would have scheduled with a different office. Insurance only covers up to $35 to reimburse out of network. Basically due to negligence on behalf of the receptionist I am out over $50 that I could not afford to just toss.

He treats you with respect and explains everything as he examines you. He has a great sense of humor and really puts you at ease.

I called a few weeks ago to see if my prescription was still active or if I needed a new exam so I could get contacts with my 2023 vision insurance plan before the end of the year. The receptionist who answered the phone rudely told me my prescription was expired and rushed me off the phone without offering an appointment for an exam. Will NEVER call or go to them again. With so many choices for eye care, I'm not going to go somewhere with such rude employees.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The receptionist Dee K is an absolute nightmare. when I called to tell them that the prescription I was given was SEVERELY wrong, before id even gotten to that part she started getting incredibly defensive, refused to let me speak, when I tried to speak she spoke over me and when I told her that I didn't want to argue she began to yell. She is incredibly rude. If you want a prescription that's wrong and then absolutely ZERO help afterward. Call this place.

I went in with for our first appointment. I didn't see anyone at all, so we continued to walk in slowly. A man poked his head out from behind his computer and said loudly, "Stop! Go back out." Obviously, we stopped and went out...and now we will go find an eye doctor who teaches their staff to welcome customers rather than reject them.
