Wonderful experience getting my eye exam with Dr Follen, addressing my dry eye problem, and getting new eyeglasses as well as sunglasses. The entire team, from the first phone call to make the appointment, through selecting the frames, was professional, friendly, helpful, and thorough. Katie, the Optician, was so helpful in assisting me with finding the right frames for me. I am very impressed with the quality of the eye exam and the extensive choices of beautiful frames. I highly recommend this eye clinic!

Even though it cost a little more, than Costco and frame places, Dr. Follen uses modern equipment and it's really the cost of the lenses that I have to afford--not so much the office visit expense--and I'm using my former frames this time. Otherwise, it's a cordial environment and good people to work with.
