I had a great experience with my eye doctor and the entire staff. The office was welcoming, professional, and well organized from start to finish. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. I never felt rushed, and the level of care was outstanding. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful when it came to choosing frames--they were patient, knowledgeable, and made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

Love this place. For the first time I was actually listened to about the symptoms of my eyes. He took me seriously and after one adjustment of just changing the brand of my contacts, my eyes are twenty times better. The ladies that help with glasses are also amazing and very patient. Several issues with getting glasses here. First they tell me the ones they ordered (after I checked with them they could do it) said they can't put Rx lenses in them. Second frames I have them order, they scratch the lenses putting them in. They say they will reorder them. Weeks go by and no call to come in for lenses. I call, they say they order them. Several weeks go by again. No lenses. I call, they say to drop off the glasses so they can send the frames off for them to have some offsite place put them in. Hopefully I will get them back without scratches. I haven't received them yet. This has been over several months. Extremely frustrating and they weren't even apologetic about it.
