Granted this was my first visit there, but wow! Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Got right down to business with a caring attitude. My husband goes to the same pract ice, different location and they are just as good. Dr. Danford was easy to understand and had good knowledge of my issue. Highly recommend.

Do not go here unless you want to wait an HOUR and STILL not have a doc come in. I left and told them I was not waiting and it was unacceptable. If you read the YELP reviews and here MANY state the wait is awful. Shows they do not know how to run things. What we ALL need to do and what I did was call my insurance who contracts with them and filed a grievance. You get enough of those and maybe they will no longer contract with them thru OHP. I also told my insurance company NOT to pay them as NOTHING was done besides the assistant spending 5 minutes with me. I could hear what I thought was a doctor rambling off to a patient about NOTHING important for several minutes and obviously had no intuition that others were waiting and talking about the weather and such was prolly not the best idea. My appointment was at 2 and I left at 3 with NO doctor. Please please file a grievance with your insurance even IF you do not leave like I do. If you are taken from the main room and put in the back room in a small room you should NEVER be sitting there for 45 minutes! Even the ER does not do that! Do NOT take us back to the small room if you are running that late in the first place! So again if you sit there forever and ARE seen and do not leave before you should STILL call your insurance and complain the wait is WAY to long there. ZERO interest in this place it's a joke. Don't say I didn't warn you! You WILL be waiting FOREVER!!! And don't worry no one there including the office manager will ever care to call you about it as you are just a number to them and they could care less about anything or wait time and could care less they are not on time or call you to say anything on the matter even if someone at the front desk said they would. Ha. A normal company would have TOLD you when you arrive that they are running quite late and give you options. People actually work and have other things going on but they don't even inform you of anything! Not the person at the front desk and not the assistant that takes you back. The doctor will be in shortly? ha! 45 minutes and still no doc! Waste of my time! Be for warned! I went to VisionWorks across the street at the mall. Got right in. FYI they take OHP etc so go there. Much better place. Your welcome.

Jacqueline who ran my vision testing was great! She was patient, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Danford was kind and trust him with my eye care anytime. He is smart and knows what he is doing.

The exam was very thorough and professional. Dr Xia was caring and clear in her explanations. My only reason to not give it a 5 was the extended wait , with no explanation, between the routine tests and Dr Xia's exam.

Excellent - the best part is I don't have to make any changes. New office is nice. Dr. Wiesel is very nice as well.

He explained the situation with sensitivity and compassion. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help me with the change in my macular degeneration.

Very nice brand new facility. Dr Reidel is very friendly and communicative. He explained all of my questions.

If I could give a zero I would. Brought my daughter to have a pediatric ophthalmology appointment, took her out of school early to have her eyes checked and sat in their waiting room for over 45 minutes past the appointment time and was never informed they were running behind or anything. Just a ridiculous excuse for a business.
