I have been coming here since Vanessa came to an event at my job for benefits in 2019. I have since brought my 2 kids and husband. Today Jack & Vanessa helped get us 3 glasses and with permission, gave my girls some jelly beans Every time we come we typically see Elizabeth and chat about 90 day fiance haha. We always have a good time here! We'll be back soon! Thank you all

I've go to Pearl Vision every couple of years for my eye exams and glasses. This last time I came in due to glasses that got really messed up in a fall. Jack was great in helping me figure out the best solution. He went far and above to get me back to having wearable glasses and ordering the new glasses. Yup my old glasses didn't survive well. Thanks Jack you're one of a kind.

This is my third pair of glasses I have gotten from this Pearl Vision location because I love the people! Elizabeth and Jack are fantastic, welcoming and really helpfull. The minute I walk in the door I feel cared for. I recently got the new Meta gen 2 glasses and they were both so encouraging and fun to open the box with. Thx Jack and Elizabeth for being as excited as I was to play with my new Meta glasses.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful!! She went above and beyond to find my insurance and explain my benefits. I really appreciate her and the good selection of frames.

My wife and I have been customers for the last 13 years and have to say that everybody here is literally the best! Dr, Barry, Elizabeth and Vanessa have been helping us for I'm sure all 13 years we have been going here and they are truly professionals! I have been going to this location for over 6 years! Doctor is amazing at what he does and front desk is very helpful with picking out options for frames and lenses. Definitely will recommend

This is a amazing place they are the only eye care place that I know that take Donated glasses and puts in new lenses that are customized for the person that needs them in 3rd world countries. They also do this for women shelters. I had the pleasure of working with miss Elizabeth Kelly today. She's the store manager and she was fantastic. She helped open my world up to a whole new range of glasses that I would never have considered without her. They have a very large Range of glasses to choose from. Not all their glasses are on the shelves some of them are kept in drawers that they pull out for you. We spent a little over an hour going over what glasses I felt comfortable with and making sure I got what I Worley wanted. She was patient with me the whole time and very helpful. She picked out glasses for me that she thought would look good and I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses that she picked out. I had myself and my husband and my 3 children with me and they were very understanding of the children and their pent up energy. They made us feel very welcomed. The eye doctor was very good with both myself and my daughter. They are a well known eye care store for bein able to handle people with disabilities and give them the best care. Of course they work with clients without disabilities all the time to. This location is usually always packed because of how popular and how great their services.
