I only came in for an eye exam but it was quick and easy! The staff were very kind, the eye doc had a great sense of humor and answered all my questions about my imaging and concerns about ordering glasses online. I had no issues getting exam prices stated up front. The glasses selection was not my style but thats ok!

We've bought a lot of glasses here. But the last time around we discovered that the edge polish (an extra $10) is not what it used to be. For those of us with thick lenses, edge polishing used to provide a clear finish on the edges of the lenses with the sharp corners rounded out so they are not so likely to cut you if someone (like a small child) or something bumps your classes into your face. On my last pair however, the "polish" left a cloudy finish and sharp corners. I asked for my $10 back but was told that the only way to do that was to send the glasses back and have the lenses remade without the "polish" feature. So much for a reasonable satisfaction guarantee.

bad selection of frames. Tried to get my previous pair that i had gotten from them but after 2 years no longer available. The pair i got was the only ones i found attractive. Sadly when I got them they fit like garbage and make noise and cause the lenses to view differently depending on how bad the frames are sitting.

This place is great, I recommend it to any glasses wearer! The Optometrist Ariene Clark is auhmazing. The glasses are so reasonably priced, two pairs for under 300 dollars! All the people working at the vision center are fantastic. Just within 5 minutes of browsing the glasses, three customers were being rude and not following the rules, so maybe the people who have written negative reviews on here weren't treating the staff like human beings who have to deal with impatient jerks all day. They were very quick, helpful, and kind to me. So remember people, you catch more flies with honey, aka just be nice.

Went to Costco vision center in Eugene and been to others before. The vision center personnel ignore you if you are looking at their glasses or at thw counter. Went there for a cleaning and adjustment as an Executive member it is complimentary to do so for any member at Costco. No hello, welcome, or how may I help you from any of the staff. Then was asked if I had purchased my glasses and sunglasses there. I asked why does that matter, I have never been asked that before. Then the man named Matt goes on to explain they dont want to be responsible if it breaks. It is a simple tightening of the screws why is that so complicated? I have never been asked at a Costco that before and he made me feel like a nuisance for asking and not in a friendly manner either. I would reccomend Costco to train their employees to be courteous and welcoming to their members. My mother has also felt this same attitude when requiring service before. Train your employees to have a positive attitude because without great customer service you will receive low stars and have members feel they are not welcome. You expect more from Costco and I have received better customer service at others before this one needs some work with the personnel.

Veey fast in an out for my contact lenses. The staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely will be back for my future eye appointments.
