Love coming to see my eye doctor! The staff here have always been so nice and easy going. I have always appreciated how I have been treated at this office. Exquisitely clean and sanitary. Last spring my eye optometrist told me I had 2 cataracts, 1 age and one from sun damage. After all the tests.Dr. Kim told me that they like to wait until eye glasses don't work. I guess I have to go blind first.i also was given a special test for glaucoma, i got a lettfrom the insurance saying they got the bill, funny, i was never given the results. I'm already having trouble driving at night. Hope I don't kill someone...

This was my first visit to Eugene Eye Clinic, but definitely not my last. Every person I interacted with was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Reynolds is an absolute peach. He was so kind and personable and most importantly, he was very thorough and competent. I left with a feeling of total confidence in him and the staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family (and total strangers if they were willing to listen!).

I was harassed by a tech over two visits that were weeks apart -- I got so upset I had to leave before seeing the doctor. Although the doctor and one manager tried to help me during my first visit it happened again and actually got worse. I'm incredibly disappointed in the treatment I received.

This is one of the most professional and best-run businesses that I have ever experienced.
First, let me urge all those people who are hesitant to have their cataracts done, that it is an easy and completely painless procedure. You have no idea how much colour you can enjoy again afterward.
Secondly, Drs. Gross and Reynolds are brilliantly expert, and the entire staff is competent, professional and naturally friendly.
Finally, it has to be said, that under the broad consideration of best practices, this organisation is peerless. I was told what would be done and what to do every step of the way.
If you think it may be time to see about cataracts, don't wait another day. The difference has been beyond belief!

Tell you're on the part of their office too clearly identify what insurance will or will not pay. I was charged for expenses that I was told the insurance would pay. I contacted the office several times. No one would return my calls to talk to me about it, they said the insurance OK it and then later denied it. I would've gone someplace else if I would've known. I'm the innocent party and I get stuck with a bill that I cannot afford to pay. They do not communicate and have not contacted me personally as they promised. I would not recommend using them. The work they did for my eyes was well done . But otherwise I give the an f rating

Great eye clinic with wonderful staff. Jessica (the office manager) was so kind and helpful. She really went out of her way to help me after my first visit didn't go as planned. I was so grateful for her help because my second appointment was a breeze! The technician took me back right away and was incredibly knowledgeable. (The technician from my first visit was wonderful too!) And Dr Gross was absolutely amazing! I'm so happy I got to see him. Thank you so much Jessica and thank you so much Dr Gross! I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Reynolds and the clinic staff. I had complained to at least three of my doctors, including my retina specialist, that my vision was getting blurrier and blurrier. No one seemed too concerned, or offered me help.
It was by a happy accident that I found the Eugene Eye Clinic and Dr. Reynolds. Dr Reynolds did a thorough exam and informed me my cornea was damaged due to dry eye.
We first tried a steroid eye drop, but that didn't work. He then prescribed an eye drop called Miebo. Within days my vision started to clear!
Dr. Reynolds and the staff at Eugene Eye Clinic are genuinely caring and professional. I highly recommend them.
