After Going to a Few Other Eye Glass Places and Not Getting the Assistance that I Needed, I Wound Up at Eyes of the World. I Was Treated Very Well, its Like I had Been Going There for Years Very Friendly. Fantastic Staff They Explained Everything for You and Did Not Rush You Thru the Process. Good Selection of Glasses. I recently purchased glasses at Eyes of the World because of the large selection of frames and convenience of the location. The staff was very helpful and they even soldered the frame of my previous glasses (purchased elsewhere) for no charge. I found the frames I wanted by doing a little internet research and they ordered them for me.

The most accurate prescription and a very thorough eye exam. The selection of frames is outstanding as are the staff - always knowledgeable and efficient - and very nice!

I have purchased my glasses at "Eyes" for ten years. Good optometrist, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Last week, I spoke with at least two people who were very kind and helpful on the phone, and who checked and confirmed my maternity vision benefits. I was told that I could come in anytime to pick out my frames. Today, I drove 20 minutes to get here (between caring for my infant, working, and caring for my mother post-surgery), and the woman at the front desk treated me so poorly. She was short, cut me off, and insisted that my vision benefits were no longer active and would not listen to me assuring her that they were. I had confirmed directly with my insurance within the week. The only reason I did not stay longer to provide evidence that, in fact, my vision benefit is still active is because I did not want to cry in front of everyone in the office. She was so dismissive that I felt embarrassed for being there, even though I was told to come in and pick out glasses. Based on her treatment of me alone, I could not recommend anyone coming here. All the other staff I worked with last week were very kind.

My favorite pair of glasses broke and it was devastating. Many of the other places I called were mostly feeding into my sorrow, implying that it would be better to just buy new frames despite my explanation of how important these frames are to me. When I called Eyes of the World, they picked up immediately and were only focused on fixing my problem. They charged me nothing, refused a tip, and I was out of there with my favorite pair fixed in under 20 minutes. I will be returning to Eyes of the World for future eye care needs. Thank you!
