Dr Haines and staff was/is excellent. I had cataract surgery and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. Billing was accurate first eye. But they charged me for an anesthesiologist for the 2nd eye when I had no meds whatsoever. They wouldn't correct it, saying I'm charged anyway because one had to be there. Again, first eye, no anesthesia so the anesthesiologist simply was in charge of the video they took of the procedure. Sooooo, what would be a 5 star review, got a 4. Haines gets 5 stars. Billing... 3.

I started Cataract surgery with Dr. Ambotti nearly two years ago. The Dr. told me that the new type lens should allow me to be able to see without using glasses. I opted for taht, even thoug having to pay about $3500 out-of-pocket for those. The blurriness never went away and I was told it may be an infection and/or dry eyes. The follow up appointments were many through that year and into next. They tried a lasiks procedure, and that didn't help much, then later did a piggyback lens on top of the original. The follow up appointment Doctors were pleased, although, I was not. At that point, I think they just thought they did all they could do and scheduled no more visits. I do not see as well in that eye now, than I did before I ever started this process two years ago. I am very unhappy with his services.

Dr. Haines and his staff were amazing! They were flexible with their time and able to see me at different clinics for follow ups even! The surgery itself was quick, painless and the spa like atmosphere was so calming. Dr. Haines is so knowledgeable, as is his staff. Their kindness and enthusiasm in the work they do was much appreciated. My recovery was so easy; I was seeing perfectly the next day. Such a life changing experience. If you're looking into lasik- look no further!

When Dr. Haines interviewed me for cataract surgery after I had been wearing bi-focals for over 20 years, he said "I'm going to change your life!" and he did. I got new eyeballs and I love it. No more pushing my glasses up when I am soloing on my guitar at a festival or concert. My vision is perfect.

After a year, my eyes are still going strong, I've loved the whole experience with Dr. Haines and his staff. The procedure was supposed to be the scariest part, but the Xanax and massage kept me calm. I recommend whole heartedly to anyone who is myopic like I was.

I loved Dr. Haines. The entire office treats you like family, so caring and so supportive of you. The procedure is not scary at all, super easy recovery and great results! I would highly recommend Dr. Haines to anyone looking to do LASIK!

Just had cataract surgery with Dr. Haines. He opened up a whole new wonderful world of sight. Highly recommend him. A fantastic person too.

Very professional. Listens to the patient and is willing to make adjustments when it makes medical sense.
