I believe Dr. Karth has a good bedside manner. However, he is so busy with so many patients that he really doesn't have time to explain thoroughly to his patient i.e. me what exactly is happening with My eye. I wish he could explain a little more thoroughly what exactly is happening and why he continues to only recommend observation.
