Dr. Peter Karth is always so friendly and knowledgeable. He is probably the most caring and kind doctor I've ever been to. I have a lot of confidence in him. He has a highly skilled retina specialist. We are extremely lucky to have him and his staff come out to our little gem of a coast. I love how friendly and kind they all are every single time. I see them. No one is ever in a big hurry. They take their time with you and are very kind and gentle.

Dr. Karth has treated me very well. He shows his concern for me as he knows my life journey living with my husband who was post stroke for 30 months, always s asking me how I was doing and giving me pep talks about taking care of myself. He knew I was sleep deprived. Now the passed 5 months my husband has since passed...and I am working on getting my sleep schedule back to normal.

It is hard to rate Dr. Karth and his organization at Retina Care high enough. We have some outstanding ophthalmologists and retina surgeons in the Portland area, but I choose to drive the hour-plus through the traffic to see Dr. Karth at his Salem office. The service and expertise is immediately apparent at the front office and it only gets better. I have never had endure the longer waits that I have experienced in other offices. The technical explanations have been very clear. Regardless of whatever treatment option I chose, they have been supportive and worked to make my vision, and comfort, as good as possible. I am a very happy patient. Dr. Karth has other offices including Roseburg, Eugene and at the coast. I advise you to find the one closest to you and make an appointment.

I'm posting this for my husband and he says they were very helpful and very nice as always. They are always going out of their way to make sure he gets the care that he needs no matter what the situation. Is. My husband lost vision in one of his eyes (Before Dr Karth took over his care), and Dr. Karth has done everything possible to keep my husband from losing the vision in his other eye as my husband he has several conditions that could cause blindness. My husband would not go to anyone else as he trusts Dr Karth completely for the best care in his field. This is one of the best doctors offices, eye doctors offices, that we've ever gone to. They are definitely a five star Office!!!

I have seen Dr. Karth at Oak St., Pacific Surgery and Garden Way. His wonderful team is managing him very well. They all are very reassuring, professional and are really good at their jobs. Dr. Karth glows with enthusiasm and ability. To me, he is a mixture of the God of Medicine, Asclepius, and Adonis. Capable, brilliant, and a gift to those of us he has treated. I have not seen this well since my 20s.
