The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. When asked, they gave honest opinions with specifics about why different pairs worked well or not with the shape of my face. They helped find alternative options based on what worked and what I like until I found the perfect pair. I'm way more excited to wear my new pair of glasses than any glasses I have ever gotten before.

Only one attendant was willing to do her job and help clients. The other attendant was flippant and spent the entire time on a gossip laden phone call in the middle of the show room floor...total disregard for clients and professionalism. Both attendants were needed and only one was willing to work.

One star for okay in-store service.
Their phone service on the other hand is what you'd expect from a ten-year-old who doesn't want to pick up the phone. Rude and impatient, as though they aren't getting paid to answer the phones.
They didn't even call when my glasses were ready. When I finally called to check on their status, my glasses had been ready for a week.
Just. Wow.
Go elsewhere - some place where the employees behave with a modicum of professionalism and at least pretend to be happy to work with you...and some place with an optometrist on site. This place is just awful.

Carolyn assisted me a few days ago, I had a wedding to officiate and my glasses NEEDED some TLC. Carolyn cleaned them up got them aligned correctly so they wouldnt keep falling off my face. Truly knowledgeable professional no pressure. She is a GREAT human and then associate there. Oh and Happy Birthday !

Definitely NOT customer friendly. Only "bots" answer their phones. No email contact possible - only online "chat" with another "bot." Tried phoning this local Valley River store as I am the caregiver for and assist a mobility-challenged elder with navigating medical, dental, and eyecare appointments. Just needed answers to three quick questions before making an appointment. But as no way to get those questions answered by bots? Too bad for you, Visionworks. There's no way we are going to shop with a company that just uses AI assistants to avoid interacting with actual human customers. Also, too much dependence upon AI is a red flag for its affiliated "optometrists" too. [Edited for typo.] UPDATE: am not interested in replying to the corporate business team's obvious boilerplate generated by yet another AI assistant. We already found an EXCELLENT local independent eye care professional - in a HUMAN- managed clinic.
