Doctor is great. Reception respectful. Only thing i do not appreciate is the hours being weird during these times. There isn't any hours posted anywhere on their door or anything online regarding closing on certain days. This location is across town out of the way from me and have now wasted 2 trips. Super frustrating will not being coming back too far out and no posted hours

The doctor and receptionist are both great. They were both very flexible with my need to change an appointment (twice ). The doctor is very patient and personable. He explained everything and took my corny jokes very well. I learned a lot about my eyes and he cleared up some old wife's tales pertaining to glasses. Definitely recommend and I'll be going back for sure!

Dr Losie is the best optometrist I've ever encountered! Both he and the receptionist are so pleasant, kind, and patient. He took the time to really explain things in detail so we understood our eye health and prescription. Highly recommend!

I've been to Dr. Losie a couple of times now and I think he's great! Very knowledgeable and patient. He also accepts OHP for eye exams yearly, which has been very helpful for me. Can't recommend enough!

*edit - Sadly, they were weeks late on getting our custom glasses returned by the agreed upon date. I had to hound them repeatedly for a straightforward response. They finally admitted that the lab they use had broken our custom frames. They got the company to reissue a pair, but they're not the same and that bums us out. We spent hundreds trying to make this happen and got our hopes up. The replacement frames were darker and the lenses were never made right. They were very dark and we gave up and went elsewhere. We weren't refunded. I helped my grandmother with her appointment here (I have her permission to write about it). He was respectful and good at his job. The way he addressed my grandmother was respectful too. We had left elsewhere after she felt that she was talked down to like a child but Dr. Losie and the kind receptionist were both so respectful and professional and he is such a clear communicator in helping gram address the problem with her glasses. We both agree that we'll be coming back She said "I like how he was patient with me and actually explained things to me."

Best eye exam I've ever had because of Dr. Losie's professional but sincerely caring demeanor. He took the time to explain my eye problems better than any other eye doctor ever has before, and I'm confident that the prescription he wrote me is the most accurate. I almost went somewhere else that had a larger selection of budget frames to choose from but he helped me find the perfect one and I'm so thankful for this doctor and his team. 10/10 recommend to anyone unsure about where to go for optical needs.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Dr. Losie is helpful, kind, professional, and as other reviewers have mentioned, honest. He has stopped to explain any aspect of the prescription, tests, eye health, equipment, or insurance that I had questions about. Alise at the front desk is also very helpful and nice. Just in general an excellent experience all around, and the lenses I have gotten from them have been great so far.

Doctor Losie is very professional. He took special care of some eye health issues that my wife has, as well a my own unusual eye prescription. Doctor Losie also took extra time helping me order a frame from my on line options, as well as explaining new technologies such as high definition lenses. Also, at the end of the insurance billing cycle, to my surprise, we received a $10 refund that I'm sure I would have been totally unaware of. So let me add completely honest to my list of recommendations. Lastly, Alisa at the front desk is wonderfully helpful and pleasant.
