Went in looking to replace my old flexon pair of glasses and was introduced to much more flexible frames by Ovvo. The staff provided Awesome customer service to both my wife and I. Great transitions options were offered. They arranged a meet up with the Ovvo sales rep for us and staff took time out to explain and answer any questions we had. We ended up purchasing 4 pairs, and will return for more pairs in the future. Highly recommend them for your visions needs. Doctor and staff are Highly recommended by us. Well my days are brighter and soon to be clearer. With all the changes that have occurred since the beginning of Covid has made it tough. I have been trying for 3 months to get back to an eye exam. I contacted this group and explained my problem. Cathy found my insurance in the systems and set me a same day appointment. I had a problem making it due my disabled son, she understood and got me in the next day. I do not particularly like corporate settings and was relieved that Dr. Bongs office has that down home feel. Everyone had excellent bed side manners and were welcoming. I have anxiety and already have issues going places. This office is clean and organized and they treat you like family. I forget the other gals name, but she was so helpful in helping me get back to the style of glasses I like and feel comfortable with. Can't wait for them to arrive. I have struggles with sight having headaches and dizziness. Well when your prescription changes, it's very important to keep your yearly visits. This is the best optometrist office I've been to in Oregon. Dr. Bong, Bree, and Nelle were all pleasant and extremely helpful. They helped me get a new prescription and place an order in for new glasses as well as a new pair of prescription sunglasses! They made my experience super easy and hassle free. Their office is also super clean and easy to find. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Dr. Bong has been my optometrist for over three years now, and he is the BEST! He fixed my initial RX from another office that wasn't quite right. Then he helped me through my entire LASIK journey which was, let's say, an experience! I had some complications/issues arise post surgery, and he was always able to make time to get me in. I was in multiple times for a couple weeks, then once a week for a bit, then we dropped down until I was stable. He really took the time to evaluate my eye health. I was so, so grateful! His office manager is also wonderful! My whole family sees him now, and I have referred multiple friends. Thank you Dr. Bong!

I needed a new eye exam and glasses so I booked an appointment here. The staff was super friendly from the start and helped me pick out frames after my exam. The eye doctor was patient and explained everything clearly about my vision. I didn't feel rushed and they even checked my eyes for health stuff I didn't know about. Got my new glasses in less than a week and they fit great. Vision is way sharper now. They also gave me tips on keeping my eyes healthy. Great service all around and a comfortable experience. I'll be back for sure.

I have seen Dr. Bong twice for eye issues over the last few months. I wear contact lenses and have a high myopic prescription. I truly appreciate Dr. Bong, and his office staff are courteous, kind and efficient. Dr. Bong is very professional, and competent. He performed a thorough eye exam, diagnosis treatment and follow up with efficiency. He is a great listener, and communicator. I feel my eyes are in good hands with Dr. Bong, and I highly recommend him and his entire staff.

Dr. Bong was very professional and staff was extremely nice and helpful. Atmosphere was nice and very personal. Didn't feel like I was being herded like some other places. The team at Cascade Vision is amazing! They are so friendly and caring, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you get there. Dr. Bong is so knowledgeable and kind, and always takes the time to do a thorough exam.
