Dr Brophy is an absolutely excellent optometrist. My husband and I have gone to him for years and always been treated professionally, thoroughly, and with exceptional kindness. Side note: My kids are grown and on their own but when they were little we took them to Dr Brophy based on our pediatrician's recommendation. Then my husband and I switched to Dr Brophy. And, we continue to seek his care for ourselves. Highly recommend!!

Disappointed! Got new glasses from new doctor that don't work. I tried to go back to see my regular doctor Dr.Brophy but was told no had to see Dr.Anderson only. I didn't feel comfortable having another rude rushed exam. He was impatient with my exam. And impatient with his staff, he demeaned the staff. Never had that experience before. Won't go back. I called my insurance and they gave me another exam to use at another clinic. They confirmed the glasses prescription was wrong!!

What a great staff. I had a pair of glasses that looked as though they had been trampled on by rhinoceros several times, but my faith was not misplaced~they were fixed, looked like new. Makes a difference in any appointment one has that the assistants, in front or behind a desk & everywhere in between are pleasant, helpful, & generally rock.
