We love Dr. Lam! My husband and I both see him. He's great and the glasses are a fast turn around.

I had an appointment the first week of July. Hate to admit that it has been 6 years since my last appointment with the doctor and it's safe to say it will be my last. I've never been treated more rude and made to feel less than by a "professional" grown man. I'm not wealthy, I live paycheck to paycheck so I'm not able to purchase the things that they suggest. The doctor made me feel completely unimportant, like I was a burden he was even seeing me and felt rushed. I explained I was having an issue with my right eye, his response was "Your eyes are stressed because you haven't been wearing your glasses. I'm not the eye glass police. I won't come to your house to ask why you AREN'T wearing your glasses." This is after I explained a dog chewed my glasses and I didn't have the funds to get new ones. He didn't listen to me or any of my concerns with my eye issue. I'll be contacting Dr. Graham's office to see if she can help me. I got nothing but made to feel like a dirt bag by Dr. Lam. Very sad because he was super nice the other time I saw him.

Dr. Lam is amazing. Unfortunately, it doesn't make up for the front staff's poor customer service. My first experience here wasn't great, but decided to give it a second shot because I like the doctor. This time was somehow worse. Luckily there are other options in town.

Dr. Lam is great, have been going here for many years. The staff on the other hand, not great at all. Not very friendly on the phone and can be rude. They used to have an excellent team, not sure where they went wrong. I would recommend going elsewhere if you value customer service.

I wouldn't recommend going here. The doctor pushes extra services and acts all put out if you decline. Pushed me to get a different pair than I wanted because of the thickness of my glasses. Ok fine. Glasses came relatively quickly. Tried them on in the office but something was off, I couldn't focus both eyes together and they felt off physically. The Dr insisted I just needed time to adjust and "as we get older we're less willing to adjust to new things". I'm not exactly old but ok fine again. Gave it a few days and went back when they still weren't right. He double checked and said there was an issue with them. Took them and sent them out. Got them back and was better able to see out of them but they still felt off physically. Asked for them to adjust them. They kept saying they looked straight on my face despite my saying I didn't care how they looked, they didn't feel right. Dr stated "I've been doing this for 30 years, they'll be fine." Well excuse me! I've been wearing glasses for more than 30 years and something was off! I eventually gave up and just took them and left. Never had this many issues with a pair of glasses. Won't go back.

One of the best experiences I've had! Loved the office and Dr. Lam was super friendly and I loved that he shared what he was seeing as he went through the exam. I am 100% satisfied and I am ecstatic that my husband found them for me!

Always a pleasure. Dr. Lam has great energy and always takes my preferences into consideration. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I've never had to wait. Great selection of frames and quick prescription turnaround!

Love Dr Lam he is amazing and staff is so great. I have been going here for years and taking my kids too and will not go anywhere else. Best place in Klamath.
