Basin Eye Care Where They Check Your Vision and Restore Your Faith in Humanity: I walked into Basin Eye Care hoping they could figure out why my eyeballs were acting like they had their own opinions. What I got instead was an entire team that made the whole thing feel less like a medical appointment and more like being welcomed into the world's most competent family reunion. Michelle? Lord have mercy. That woman has skills that should come with a certification and a trophy. Efficient, quick, and funny enough to make you forget you're filling out forms with words like "astigmatism." La Ara. Oh my goodness. This one deserves all the good things. Gentle, thorough, and the kind of person who makes you feel like you're the only appointment on the schedule. You can tell she actually cares whether you see clearly, not just today, but walking out into the world afterward. If kindness were measurable, she'd need a bigger chart. Now Alycia... she's a bit of a gamble, but only because she's from Nevada. And we all know Nevada breeds a certain kind of spirited confidence. But listen, she's sharp. The kind of sharp that makes you sit up straighter when she's explaining something. She knows her stuff, and she's not afraid to own it. I respect that. And then there's Dr. Alex Hutsell, a bright ray of sunshine wrapped in a white coat. She has that calm, steady way about her that makes you breathe easier the minute she walks in the room. She explains things clearly, kindly, and without a single ounce of hurry. Somehow even when you're talking about dark spots and floaters, you walk away thinking, "Well now... maybe it's not doom. Maybe it's just physics." Basin Eye Care doesn't just adjust your prescription they adjust your perspective. I came in squinting and left seeing clearly, and not just the eye chart.

I was nervous about my apointment since I hadn't been there in a coule of years. The tech, Michelle, was very friendly and efficient. She put me at ease. Dr. Hutzell was awesome. She was very thorough and discussed all areas of concern with me. For someone so young, she really knows her stuff. Finally Michelle, the optician helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. The entire process was excellent.

I had a great experience at my eye care visit. I felt comfortable the entire time, and everything was explained clearly so I understood what was happening and why. The staff was kind and professional, and I felt genuinely well cared for. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

I'm new to Klamath Falls. Its not always easy to find good medical care in unfamiliar towns. I lucked out with Basin Eye Care. They listened to my concerns and made some great recommendations. Staff was amazing! Thank you all!

I've been seeing Dr Creed for years, he is a great doctor. Recently my little one had an appointment with Dr Hutzell. She was so friendly and put my little one at ease. Highly recommend both doctors at this office. The staff is great too. Very kid friendly.

I have been going to Basin Eye Center for a few years now. Everyone there has been so wonderful and helpful. Thanks to Alicia and Harmony, they fit me in today. I saw Dr Huxell. ( Not sure of spelling) She was awesome!!I usually see Dr Creed who is great but he was not available. I also had a wonderful eye technician! Not sure of her name but it was something like Le Lea! I have also dealt with Robin in the past who is wonderful!! I can't say enough good things about the level of service and care they provide!! Gratefully, Carey L

Not only does our family trust basin eye care for ourselves but also that of our 6 yr old catalina. She loves the staff and they always remember us making it feel like home thank you all from the receptionist to picking out lenses. You guys hands down best around.

The receptionist is personable and efficient. Dr Creed's assistant is precise and seems to enjoy her work. Dr Creed does a great job and takes the time to provide a thorough examination.
