Klamath Eye Center

I previously shared a detailed review, specifically with the staff, expressing concerns about my initial visit. This follow-up visit was a pleasant surprise. The staff was significantly friendlier and helpful than before. While I had mistakenly misread the appointment time, they were still willing to accommodate us which was a huge relief--especially since the next available appointment wouldn't have been until February. A big thank you to Dr. Stevens for making this possible! Service was far more prompt than anticipated especially after the detailed complaint I'd previously written. Dr. Stevens and his staff could've easily turned us away, yet they chose to provide us with the care we needed. I appreciated the time he took to listen and clarify questions/concerns which made a significant difference in my overall experience. His team was attentive and kind, making me feel valued as a patient.

I had a completely thorough eye exam by Dr. Mark Fay and his assistant. I am confident Dr. Fay's recommendations will keep my eyes healthy. The Optician, Laurie, was excellent! Laurie was personable and professional. Laurie put me at ease in the selection of new frames. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff at Klamath Eye Center.

Dr. Stevens is the best ever opthalmologist at Klamath Eye Center. We've gone there since 2011 . So kind and cares about you and your vision. I'm sure the other doctors there are good too but Dr. Stevens checks all the boxes when looking for someone who values your eyesight as much as you do. I had laser surgery recently to remove the film on the new lens I've had since 2017. The surgery center next door was great. The girls are really nice. Dr. Stevens was wonderful and put me at ease. I'm super cautious with my eyes and the thoughts of going blind scare me but he's so calming and awesome. I couldn't ask for a better opthalmologist. He deserves 10 stars!

I've been seeing Dr. Stevens for quite some time. I have diabetes and he has taken great care of making sure my eyes are doing good. Dr.Stevens and all the staff at Klamath Eye center are very professional, kind and caring. I'm very pleased to have this excellent care.

After discovering I had cancer in my right eye, I was set up with four treatments of four chemo eye drops. The treatments were successful and I am now cancer free in my eye. Klamath Eye Center got me in right away when I needed to change my annual appointment, abruptly, due to needing to leave town two months before my regular appointment, I had scheduled the year before. They were so understanding and cooperative and got me ASAP. . I was ecstatic. Dr. Jonathon Fay is wonderful and so was the tech that did my testing before he came in to see me. I am so happy being their patient.
