The staff was kind and courteous. The turn around, my glasses were ready almost immediately. My concern comes from feeling unlistened to. I asked for single vision plain lenses and was assured I most certainly did not. I had to have all the chemical treatments on those lenses. Neither my husband nor I have been happy for one minute with the lenses. They are cloudy and filmy. Using their care products exclusively as instructed. Big regrets.

The opticians and assistants are wonderful at this place.
My husband's prescription had to be sent in twice, and they were just very gracious.
The issue was evidently an error in the prescription at the private physician's office.
With the sixty day guarantee, they are replacing his lenses with the correct prescription.
This is above and beyond, in my opinion, and excellent above all expectations service!

Jamie (Walmart in McMinnville, OR) was incredibly helpful to us in explaining the various types of progressive lenses from narrow width field of view to the digital HD field. She was patient and helpful to both my husband and me as we chose frames and explained what would work better with our prescriptions.
Overall, we were quite impressed with the selection of frames to choose from and the speed with which our glasses were ready for us to pick up. Again, we thank Jamie and other staff there who helped us get the frames fitted exactly right. We are incredibly picky about our vision.
Finally, with all of this first class service, we were surprised and pleased that the cost was so low. Five stars plus!

I walked into the McMinnville Walmart Vision Center on a Tuesday afternoon, absolutely livid with my daughters normal optician office and a mix up in her glasses order that had already taken 5 weeks to fix and would take another 5 weeks. The wonderful staff at the vision center saw us right away, talked directly to my daughter and let her try on all the frames she wanted until she found some that worked for her. They listened to our story and understood our mildly complicated prescription and the need to get her in the right frames ASAP. Five days later her Walmart glasses were back, we went directly to the store and the amazing staff were so excited to fit my girl in her new frames. They noticed right away the change in her countenance as the world opened up to her. She could finally see again. I cant thank the staff enough for seeing us right away, listening to us, and knowing what we needed in frames for my daughters particular condition. If I could I would give 17 stars but I am only allowed to give the standard 5.
