While traveling through Newport, OR, I injured my face in a fall, breaking my orbital bone. After treatment at the E.R., I was able to schedule a timely exam by Dr. Haines. He and his assistant Mary were wonderful. After the exam he helped me by removing my stitches and Mary got me some "glaucoma" sunglasses to wear after the dilation exam.

I saw Dr. Haines in March 2023 and didn't write a review then. However, when I looked him up for a follow-up appointment this year, I saw someone else's really negative review, and I have to respond. My experience with Dr. Haines was 100% positive from the scheduling to the wait time in the clinic to my consultation with Dr. Haines itself. I highly recommend him.

Terrible experience and I didn't even see the Dr and don't plan to either. The appointment scheduling and expected wait time is just wrong. Why would someone wait for hours on end and have a positive outcome. It's not right.
