One of the best customer experiences I've had in years. Chayleen was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was easy to work with her when picking out frames and selecting options. She was friendly and easy to talk with through out the entire process. I never felt rushed on pushed to select options based on some sort of Up Sell policy her company may or may not have had. It just felt like a nice knowledgeable person doing her best to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the process at the end of the day. And I was!

They were amazing! Long story short, my glasses broke they weren't able to fix it, but they referred me to a welder for glasses.... fast-forward, he couldn't fix them for the price and the timeline I wanted...... So I drove back to America's best with hopes that I could get a walk-in appointment, a new prescription and glasses on the way.. They were fully booked, but somehow someway the amazing team was able to get me in right then and there. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with two pair of glasses on the way! I can't express my thankfulness for this team as I know they know how important is for a person to see. I would recommend anyone to this location over and over again. Thank you guys

This review is for Angel, who was so sweet and patient with me while I browsed different frames! She didn't make me feel rushed at all, and she took her time explaining my costs to ensure I understood the billing breakdown. She also gave me a glasses case, free of charge, after we realized that the one I was initially planning to buy wouldn't be large enough for my new frames. Angel had a maternal energy to her, and I really appreciated it! She was wonderful!!! Give her a raise <3 Shoutout to her coworker, as well! I did not catch her name, but she was a Black woman with curly hair. She was also very kind and patient! I will say that the optometrist that I saw seemed to rush through the process a bit. I understand that they see dozens of patients per day, but I wish she had taken time to interact with me as an individual rather than breeze through the script that is used for all patients. She was still very kind, just not as patient as the other staff members I encountered there. All in all, it was a straightforward, timely, and decent experience!

I've been a loyal customer at this location since I was 17 years old, but after my experience today at age 45, I will never return. I scheduled a $150 contact lens exam because my current prescription has become blurry and is no longer strong enough for my needs. After the exam, I was surprised to see that the new prescription was identical to the one from two years ago that isn't working for me. When I asked for clarification to ensure my concerns about the blurriness were addressed, the young staff member at the front became unexpectedly hostile. Instead of explaining the results, she snapped at me, claimed I was getting an attitude with her, and began acting visibly aggressive and moody. When I asked if I had done something to upset her, she stood up and loudly snapped at me in front of the office, slammed my receipt on the counter, and stormed off. It was a bizarre, unprofessional, and humiliating experience. I left the building in tears. I came in for medical clarity and was met with aggression from a staff member who acted more like a moody teenager than a professional. After nearly three decades of coming here, I'm deeply disappointed to say they have lost my business for good.

Dr. Howell, Steven, Sonia & everyone else was so kind & helpful; I'm so glad I came in today after rescheduling multiple times!! update, 1/25/26: finally tried out my online order glasses yesterday and, even though they come up too high & need adjustment, I'm really happy! there's nothing wrong with the lenses or anything -- glasses are about perfect! color's warmer than expected but will get used to it! (couldn't load up their virtual try on so didn't & just guesstimated ?! wouldn't recommend skipping that! better yet go to the store; believe was told they have their online selection available when you walk in.) actually thinking of getting another pair from them again this year!

The staff here were absolutely wonderful when I came in recently for an eye exam and new glasses and contacts. They worked very hard to make sure that my prescription was exactly perfect, and I am truly grateful! Kristi, the manager, and Dr. Avisado were especially helpful and kind! I recommend them highly!

I go here every year go get new glasses. Out of pocket. They were so rude . I bought pair eye wear glasses and they could not make them correctly 4 times they were reordered. They were mad at me telling me my prescription was to strong. My prescription not bad at all. The whole experience was horrible.when I was trying to get a different pair they were rude. Brought some one else out who came from the back with a rude face. Ill take my time and money some where else from now on. You guys are horrible for no reason.

Dr. Pradhan is a super doctor, very kind, caring, and compassionate. I've seen her a few times and highly recommend her! Rita helped me to navigate everything to getting frames picked out, and all of the associated processes to customize my glasses. Kudos!
