Dr. Ding was incredible, knowledgeable and efficient. His assistant was great too, quick and efficient documenting our conversation and updating medical notes while Dr. Ding was focusing on examining and talking with me throughout the appointment. The clinic staff were super nice. The clinic is clean and has an organized efficient check in and out process.

This was my first time seeing Dr Donohue at Eye Health Nothwest. She is a fantastic doctor and thoroughly answered all my questions. My tech was also very good. The only negative comment that I have is that the Optical Department really didn't seem very interested in helping me. To be honest, I am a retired optician and have spent more than 40 years helping people. They could have been more willing to leave their back room and offered to show me their frames.

Dr Liu was very professional and good with kiddos. My son was a bit nervous given this was his first formal eye exam but she was able to calm him down and answer all my questions.

For many years I have been patient a patient of Eye Health NW. I've never come close to feeling as perturbed as I was yesterday. My appt was 9:20. I arrived before 9 knowing I was early. I went back for field test around 9. That practitioner then said I'd see doc about 10am maybe sooner. I never recd update. I asked at desk a couple times, as I watched/heard many folks being called back for appts. Once I was told I was next! Nope. More waiting. It was around 11am when I was finally called. Practitioner put drops in eyes, tested me etc Finally the doc for a few minutes sometime anfter 11am. All this? Probably not doctors fault. But if there are ligitimate reasons for such delays I believe patient should hear those from front desk rather than general statements about sometimes there are emergencies etc. I am a reasonable person when I am leveled with. Yesterday was awful and I was in that office for over 2 1/2 hours for about 10 minutes with the doctor. As I was in the waiting area, multiple others came and left. I get it that other doctors share the space. At least let folks know what to expect and why without generalizing and misleading. So...there you have it. You asked my experience and I sadly gave it. I do not find joy in putting forth negative experiences

Absolutely the most thorough eye health exams I have ever received. Dr. Dave (dah-vey) is congenial, personable, professional, and communicative. I left with a full understanding of my eye health and total confidence in her abilities to help with my eye care in the future. Highly recommend!

The 5 service/care you expect from Dr. Arandia and staff. I felt seen and cared for by the doctor and staff. I have PTSD from a traumatic experience in a healthcare setting. I was nervous and scared, but the staff and doctor made me feel safe and cared for. Thank you all for the great care!

Love Dr. Donahue! She is very detailed and caring. The staff is very friendly. I was able to get my eye exam and order glasses. The glasses on display are so cute!

Staff were very nice. I was seen quickly. Dr Liu is very nice and professional. Explained things well. I would definitely see her again.
