I really enjoyed my visit to the place; very friendly and professional. I especially appreciated Monica's pre-processing and patience with a willingless to be particularly engaging and communicative. And Dr. Boulter's friendly yet professional demeanor is also very nice, along with his openness about explaining things I asked about and had no hesitation translating from acronyms to full phrases to translation of just what that phrase meant! Very much enjoyed everyone in the office... Met lots of the staff in my various adventures between machines, rooms and procedures. Excellent Team. They must be well remunerated and listened to, when an office runs this flawlessly! Super impressive!!

Dr Boulder is very friendly, and knowledgeable. He was on time for my appointment with him. I like that he didn't rush and he made sure, I understood everything he told me! I left his office with confidence in him and the pending surgery he is going to perform!

Dr. Sanders is the absolute best! He is very thorough - asking lots of questions and explaining everything in detail. He is also a great listener. It is worth the long drive to have him as my doctor!

Dr. Boulter worked me in for a sudden onset of eye pain and I am so grateful. He evaluated my eyes and reassured me that it's nothing serious. This means a lot to me. Our vision is so important to our experience of life! I really appreciate Dr. Boulder's expertise and dedication.

As always, friendly staff from start to finish. Dr. Sanders was kind, patient and provided detailed information in an easy to understand way. Have gone to this clinic for many years and highly recommend.

This clinic and its system do not inform you of a "10 minute grace period" late policy on appointments (I called scheduling and confirmed that they do not inform patients of this unless you happen to call while on your way to an appointment). While I was on my way, I realized I was gonna be late and called them. They don't answer phones so I had to leave a voicemail to let them know. They called me minutes before I arrived to tell me their "doctor has a strict 10 late or be rescheduled policy" and so I ran through the building to get to their office. I arrived at my appointment at just 11 minutes late and was turned away. The office staff I spoke with were apathetic and smug towards me when I tried to inquire about compassion for my situation and trying to keep my appointment. I asked what would happen to my appointment time and they told me that other patients would have their times bumped up to take mine. Which tells me they could've seen me, but that is a whole other issue. I didn't even get any sort of apology for not being able to accommodate what happened. I get that they wouldn't let me keep my appointment but I don't think treating me like a nuisance during the process was appropriate or ethical. It seems other reviews confirm that staff at this clinic are not the best so I should not be surprised. I will hopefully find empathy somewhere else. I recommend avoiding this clinic location if you can.

Knowledgeable, kind, thorough physician, Dr Sanders is the best! Caring and competent staff. Lovely facility. Dr Sanders never makes me feel like he is rushing and is compassionate and has a pleasant sense of humor. Eager to explain and answer questions I might have.
