LOVE this shop. - Amazing customer service. Mitchell helped with decision fatigue bringing options. Disappearing for moments to make space for thinking. - The frames you'd come to Portland for (much wider variety of stylized and normal than anywhere Ive found) - Great vibes. Music was fun. Sofas were fun. - Really easy to work with insurance. - Higher end frames so know that coming in.

Amazing eyewear, even more amazing staff! They have TONS is styles, way more than most optometrists, they help you figure out how to get the most out of your insurance even if you're not quite sure how, they're SUPER fast, they work with frames you bring in not just their own, the optometrists are friendly, and they offer you ice coffee while you shop! My favorite Portland spot for glasses!

Just stopped by here on an errand day on a whim and had a great experience! A couple of weeks ago my toddler bent the heck out of my frames, I tried to fix it myself but they've been wiggly and were driving me nuts. They helped me quickly and were so nice about it, and spent the time to make sure the fit was how it used to be. I will definitely be back when I need a new pair!

The doctor and staff were all amazing. Kind, and helpful. I am so glad a friend recommended them. Their frame selection was also pretty amazing. 6 stars- highly recommend having this team take care of you!

The doctor, staff, and frames were all great. The hours unfortunately are incredibly inconvenient, especially without a single weekend appointment. My glasses have been sliding down my nose for months and there's nothing I can do about it due to their ridiculous hours.

I highly recommend visiting Blink for your eye care needs. They have a wide selection of unique glasses, many of which are made of sustainable materials. The staff here goes above and beyond in creating a welcoming atmosphere. I love that they select frames that I would not have chosen for myself and end up being knockouts! Dr. Armstrong was super fun and patient while I asked him questions about my contact prescription. I've been coming here for the last three years and every experience has been excellent.

The experience here was good. They helped me and were friendly enough. Though they don't seem to go too out of the way for their customers. Every office I've been a patient at has been able to offer a sample pair of contacts if I ran into a bind. These guys "aren't allowed", but can certainly sell you more product! Policy is policy and that's totally cool! I'll likely visit a different optometrist for my next exam

Cannot rave enough about Blink. Dr Armstrong is one of the best eye doctors I have seen (and I have had glasses since age 7 and have seen quite a few) - and is very invested in your comfort and the quality of your vision experience. When the contacts they recommended weren't working quite right, they worked with me over the period of several weeks to get the right brand in my eyes so I could feel comfortable. More recently, I had a bad fall which resulted in a partially broken temple piece. I went in without an appointment and the staff were able to fuse it back together with no charge to me. I am so appreciative of the time and patience they have shown each time I visit - it's starting to become increasingly rare to experience the level of customer service they provide. Highly recommend!
