Dr. Tong is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any physician. My rheumatologist made a referral to any optometrist willing to see me on short notice and I was scheduled to see dr. Amy Tong. Was examined and and given some eye drops and told to come back in a couple of weeks. On the second appointed I was prescribed a second prescription of eye drops. I was told to keep using the fist one as well and to wait 5 min. then apply the second one. With in two days of doing both eye drops I woke up with pounding pressure behind my left eye and a blood shot red eye. I called to let her know and never got a phone call back from her. I had a third appointment scheduled the following week and I continued only with the first drops until I would see her again. Well the day before my appointment i got a text that my appointment was canceled due to the weather. Today I call to see if she can schedule me in on the 27th since I wasn't able to see her the 14th and they told me no. She doesn't have any openings until April... awful! I don't recommend her.
