I didn't give this review a 5 star only because I have not had enough experience with this clinic to honestly review them fully. I was a new patient at this clinic and had some skepticism because it seemed like they were a corporate owned company and I would be rushed through to where they are giving me the high cost of cataract surgery. I thought I didn't have a choice, I had been told by another optometrist that I needed cataract surgery asap. Keeping that in mind. The whole appointment may have been over an hour long, and I never felt pressured to get into some long term financial plan. I was surprised, the nurse spent time getting all the information from the eye tests they do before seeing the doctor. She was very patient and described everything I needed to know. The doctor was so vibrant with positive energy. I wanted to hangout with him after work, lol. Showed concern about my wellbeing. Dr. Lee said he likes to do surgery but I was not really in need of surgery and corrective lenses would give me better options and no complications that can occur with surgery. I was head over heels, this answer fits my future goals. Thank you for the great care and I will return. I recommend Eye Health Northwest to everyone.

Wonderful visit with Dr Lee. This was my first visit at this location. The staff was kind and very helpful. I appreciated Dr Lee taking the time to assure I understood the treatment.

Dr. Lee is always friendly, professional and answers all of my questions whenever I see him. His Assistant, Shelby, who tested my vision was phenomenal. She provided insights to me as a patient as she went through the process.

I had an excellent experience here from cataract surgery to simply ordering glasses. Everyone there was patient, competent and friendly. I will definitely go back.

Terrific experience this morning with my eye exam and the professional staff and doctor. Very considerate and efficient.

Dr Lee and his staff were so kind and thorough. I would be willing to go the hour long drive just to be in their care. However, the three month long wait for my proceedure, makes me go elsewhere. Sorry!

Got in early. Everyone was very nice and explained every step. Very professional.

Dr.Lee was amazing, I was out of state and had problems with my eye. He personally called me twice and when I flew home he called to check on me he had me come in immediately to see him and check my eye. As I had surgery prior and he was concerned.
