My eyes have remained fairly stable as he researches and makes available to me the latest medical treatments. He's knowledgeable, friendly and never fails to spend extra time, if needed, to address any and all of my concerns.

Dr Yoken was very clear in his discription of the treatment Dave was to have. Dave is extremely sensitive of anything to do with his eyes and Dr Yoken's whole staff was aware and tookk great care of him. We were very impressed.

The dr and support staff were excellent. The reception crew- not so much. Entitled middle receptionist trash talked the new girl where clients could hear. Not cool. They seem really understaffed. They should not be behind an hour or two after opening. And if they are, they should touch bases with waiting patients? At one point, there were 7 support staff at the desk just standing around. I completely trust the back end, but the front end leaves a lot to be desired. I also left a message 3 hours ago that wasn't returned.

Dr Yoken is great. Only issue i have is the extended wait time sitting in worn out chairs.. I would suggest either shorter wait times or better chairs or both.

Dr Yoken is very patient and sensitive to patient's concerns, taking time to explain my eye issues with clarity and to answer questions. His practice was very busy, but he did not compromise on quality patient care.
