Dr Nguyen insisted I get lab work done. She was Not able to print them physically to hand them to me. She needed her technician to help her with the computer twice. She said she sent lab orders digitally. Labcorp has no lab orders for me. I called Eyehealth days later to fax them to labcorp. Labcorp has no faxed lab orders for me. I called Eyehealth today to find out how to get my lab orders and the phone operator said the previous person sent them to the wrong place and the phone operator didn't know how to get them to me or how to get them to labcorp and she said to call back in the afternoon. What are we doing here at EyeHealth? How do I get my lab orders?
