She explained my conditions clearly and made sure that I understood it. She went to talk to the front desk staff and ensured that I got a timely appointment with a specialist. Front office check in was super!!! The doc cared about my true vision troubles so I appreciate the extra effort she put into getting my exam completed. Optical didn't seem to want to help look up my benefits through Kaiser so I was not impressed in that department. Appreciate that your offices were available at a much sooner date the Kaiser optical.
