Dr. Kaufman is a great MD. As a diabetic, I'm very concerned about my eye health. Seeing him once a year really gives me confidence that my eyes are not being damaged by my illness. Staff was great but my pre op appointment took almost 2 1/2 hours. It would have been courteous to let me know how long the appointment was going to be and that there was a delay. I had to ask if I had been forgotten and the front desk staff seemed frustrated that I asked.

This was my first visit to EyeHealth NW. The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Kaufman reviewed and discussed the information the medical assistant obtained and then conducted a very thorough examination. He then provided an explanation of his finding and discussed his recommendations moving forward. Dr. Kaufman is very friendly, professional and conducted one of the best eye examinations I have had. Based on this first visit, EyeHealth NW is highly recommended.
