Would love to have made an appointment, but the receptionist was so intent on telling me that my insurance company couldn't be Regence because they don't do vision (they do), and telling me about my benefits and how they worked, that I gave up in frustration.

10/20/22 ETA: Bwahahah!!! My review was from FIVE YEARS ago and they *just* now said that I never called for an appointment? Nice try at a review correction, but I can assure you that I did call FIVE YEARS AGO, and can also see how their failure to train their staff continues to this day. Sadly - editing the review has made the now dated the original review to today, but I assure you - my original review was FIVE YEARS ago. Note to self - screen shot the date before editing...
